Runport is an innovative app designed to help runners track their progress and participate in virtual races. It emphasizes sports traveling, allowing users to explore new routes and connect with other runners worldwide, creating a unique running experience.

Runport faced several key challenges in shifting its traditional model to a more innovative digital platform:

- User Experience & Interface Design: We designed an intuitive and visually engaging app that differentiates between “Run” and “Explore” modes, emphasizing both sport and travel. The simple yet clear interface ensures a seamless user experience for tracking and exploring.
- High-Fidelity Prototyping & User Testing: We conducted several iterations of user studies and prototyping to optimize features like route exploration, map views, and event communities, creating a cohesive and interactive platform.
- Gamification and Web 3.0 Integration: Our team incorporated gamification elements, such as earning “Steps Miles” through daily activities and redeeming them for event discounts and partner products. Additionally, integrating Web 3.0 allowed users to access exclusive digital assets and connect more deeply with the running community.
